what we collect, and why.
this site has no accounts, no forms and no ads. the only data it collects is how people use it, and only after you say yes.

who we are
this website is run by togi labs, a unit of Owlgorithm Private Limited, india. Owlgorithm Private Limited decides what is collected here and why, which makes it the data fiduciary under india's digital personal data protection act, 2023, and the controller under the eu gdpr.

what we collect
when you accept analytics, we record the pages you visit, the links and buttons you click, how long you stay, the page you came from, your browser and device type, and your approximate location from your ip address. errors on the page are recorded so we can fix them. we may record anonymised session replays to see where the site is confusing; text you could type is masked.
if you reject, we keep counting visits without cookies and without an id that follows you between days. we never collect your name, email, phone number or anything you have not chosen to show us, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.

where it goes
analytics are processed by posthog inc. on its us cloud, so the data is stored in the united states. requests pass through this site's own address first. we keep analytics only as long as they help us understand how the site is used, and no longer than our posthog plan retains them.

your rights
you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to act for you. if you are in the eu or uk you also have the gdpr rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may complain to your data protection authority. in india you may take an unresolved complaint to the data protection board of india.
because we only hold an anonymous id, the fastest way to delete your analytics data is to reject cookies and clear this site's cookies in your browser.
